Hey, it’s, Emera again. Strength is not only physical. It is an accomplishment to be able to take so much afflicting pain on your body, but you would be seen as even stronger if you were able to have that same tolerance mentally.

Like physical strength, mental strength takes time. Most likely, you probably have to start pretty low. Well, that’s what happened for me.
In my opinion, I would respect you more if you had more grasp of your mental strength.

All it takes to have or to gain mental strength is experience. You have to deal with many situations, which is something that anyone can say they did. The point is, after dealing or feeling the impact of those conflicts, you are supposed to know how to react to it the second time it comes around.

Like with depression because if you ever felt depressed, you are most likely to fall back into it. Sometimes it’s easier to hate yourself than to find change in your life, but what’s easier for you might actually not be good for you in the end.

So, if you’re mentally strong, you will be able to fight the negative thoughts in your brain and then, come back the next day more powerful than you were before.
